Spicy Fried Shallot with Pork Belly

Pork Belly 300G
1 Scoop of Ginger Soy Sauce
Half Scoop of sea salt
1 Scoop of Ginger Powder
1 Scoop of Cooking Wine

2 Scoop of Ginger in the Dream
1 Scoop of Star Master Hot Spicy Prawn Chili
1 Scoop of Star Master Fried Shallot with Oil

------------------------------------------------------------------How to Cook---------------------------------------------------------------------
  1. Pickled the pork belly with ingredients at least 2 hour or above
  2. Use Star Master Fried Shallot with Oil (Oil Only) to stir fry the pickled pork belly
  3. Add some water into the pot
  4. After the mixture is thicken, add fried shallot and quick fry it
  5. Lastly, topping with green onion and seasame
