- Steam the fish head
- Saute curry leaf and tomato with coconut oil
- Add one pack of Star Master Seafood Special Sauce and fry them
- Add long bean and okra into the pot and continue stir fry it
- Add some water and boiled it
- After water is boiled, add half bottle of evaporated milk
- Add fried yuba
- Lastly add the fish head into the soup
